The Portland Community Center
We are continuing our quest to provide a Center for our rural community.
The Center that will hold a Grand Hall, Theater, and recreational facilities
for youth and senior citizens as well as a museum, courtyard and farmers
market. The supportive funds go into the Portland Downtown
Beautification Project towards matching funds for grants.
