We serve the rural southern delta counties of Ashley,
Chicot and Drew in Arkansas. We provide a diversity of
culturally artistic enrichments, community revitalization
projects and development by implementing programs and
grants that truly enhance lives artistically, physically
and economically to promote lifelong self sustaining
confidence
